Learn the difference between the inventory states of Status item and Inventory item.
There are two different states you can place an item in for the system. Below we will explain what the difference between both of these states are and what both are used for.
Status Item: A status item is an item that can be ordered unlimited times within the system unless manually disabled or set to sold out.
Inventory Item: An inventory Item is an item that you set a quantity and a threshold that alerts you when the threshold is reached and does not let you order it anymore when the quantity reaches zero.
