In this article you'll learn how to locate closed tickets or previous orders.
If you need to locate an old ticket or previous order, there are four ways to search within our system: Order ID, Last 4 Digits of the Card, Date, and Order Name. Follow the steps below to find the information you need.
1. Search by Order ID
The fastest and most accurate way to locate an order is by using the Order ID.

Navigate to the "Orders" tab in the Table Needs app. You should see in the center of your screen "Open, Closed or All". Select All and hit the drop-down arrow and click "Order ID".

Enter the exact Order ID and press enter, the order ID can be provided by customer receipt.

The order details will appear immediately if the ID is correct.
2. Search by Last 4 Digits of the Card
If you do not have the Order ID, you can search using the last four digits of the card used for payment.
- Navigate to the "Orders" tab in the Table Needs app. You should see in the center of your screen "Open, Closed or All". Select All and hit the drop-down arrow and click "Last 4".

Enter the last four digits of the card used for the transaction.

A list of matching transactions will appear—select the correct one based on additional details.
3. Search by Date
If you know when the order was placed, you can locate it by date.
- Navigate to the "Orders" tab in the Table Needs app. You should see in the center of your screen "Open, Closed or All". Select All and hit the drop-down arrow and click "Order Date."

Select or enter the approximate date of the transaction.

4. Search by Order Name
If the order was placed under a specific name, you can use it to search. It is recommended when taking orders to ask for their names and phone number even if they're not requesting a digital receipt. Doing this allows for you to locate an order easier should you have to search for it in the future.

Type the customer's name into the search bar.

A list of related orders will appear—review the details to find the correct one.
