Where to Find the Search Tools

On the Orders page, select either the "closed" or "all" tab on the top of the screen to get started. Then look to the top-right corner of the screen. You will see:

  • A circled magnifying glass icon (Search)

  • A calendar-shaped icon next to it (Date filter)

These tools can be used together or separately to narrow down your results.

Ways to Search for an Order

Click the circled magnifying glass to open the search options. You can search for orders using any of the following methods:

  • Order Name

  • Order Number

  • Phone Number

  • Dining Method (ex. Dine-In, To-Go, Delivery)

Simply enter the relevant information, and the system will display matching orders.

Using the Calendar to Find Orders

For faster results, especially when searching for older orders, you can filter by date.

  1. Click the calendar-shaped button next to the search icon.

  2. Select the specific date you want to view.

  3. The order list will update to show only orders from that day.

Using the calendar along with the search tool is the most efficient way to locate past orders.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use the calendar first when searching for orders from a previous day.

  • If you don’t have the order number, try searching by phone number or order name.
